Silent hill- Shattered Memories is a deeply involving game- and for me personally, it is definitely one thati had to copy right away. There wasno way that i could risk something happening to this game -and me not have my backup.
Right from the start you can sense that the setting of the game along with the graphics and detail will make for avery intriguing game.
The game itself just keeps on moving. There is rarely a dull moment or a moment when you feel like taking a break. The only time I take breaks is when its time to eat,sleep and you know what else.
The guys at Climax Studios reinvented the Silent Hill franchise for the better by removing the tedium, as well as going back to the basics of strong, psychological storytelling and intense, chilling atmosphere. Regardless of how you feel about previous Silent Hill games, Shattered Memories is a fresh and welcome new beginning that’s good for a scare.
Inside the game we see huge glaciers as they rise from the earth – encaging us inside a confusing maze of ice and darkness. No map, and no chance at defeating the huge number of ghouls, we must run for our lives.
Without giving too much away, the overall gameplay is what you would expect from a Silent Hill game – with added darkness- if you can believe that.
